Recently, in conjunction with Florence T Alcasas (Head of HR), I introduced a program aimed at encouraging our workforce to adopt AI tools, empowering employees to Automate, Deprecate, and Delegate (A.D.D.) aspects of their work. This initiative positions each team member as the CEO of their own mission, emphasizing the importance of becoming AI-augmented employees. As we navigate the evolving landscape of work, it’s clear that those who integrate AI into their workflows will lead the way, while those who don't will most definitely be left behind.
